How close are you from Quebec City's major attractions ?
Our small hotel is favourably located in the centre of old Quebec City on a pleasant and quiet street, a few steps from all major attractions.
Do you provide parking facilities ?
We provide secure parking close by. The average daily rate is 15$.
Do all your rooms include a private bathroom ?
Yes a full 4 piece private bathroom.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes.
Is your hotel suitable to children?
Although our hotel is not ideal for children, our different room sizes and beds can provide accommodation to children.
Can we smoke in your hotel?
Our Quebec City hotel is smokefree. Smoking indoors is forbidden at all times. However smokers may use our backyard during their stay.
Do you have special rates at local restaurants?
Yes, we do have special arrangement with some of the best restaurants in Old Quebec.
Do you have a luggage elevator?
We have a baggage lift available to our guests.
How far is your hotel from the Quebec City airport?
We are located 30 minutes by car from the Quebec City Airport and 3 hours away from the Dorval International Airport in Montreal.
How far is your hotel from the train station?
We are located 5 minute drive by car from the train station.
What are the taxes imposed in your country and city?
A 3% city tax on room rate / a 6% federal tax and a 7.5% provincial tax.
Do you offer preferred rates for extended stays?
Yes, during the low season. Clients staying more then 5 days at the hotel get a 10% discount.
Does your hotel provide different bed sizes?
Yes, we have rooms with double, queen & king size beds.
What is your maximum occupancy capacity?
Our lovely inn can accommodate up to 30 people.
Is your hotel close to the Château Frontenac?
Yes, we are located a 2 minutes walk to the Château Frontenac.
What are the cancellation policies of the hotel?
Cancellation 7 days and more from arrival date: 35$ plus taxes;
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: One full night rate for each reserved room;
Guests leaving prior to scheduled check-out will be charged their full booking.
What does your "Continental" breakfast include?
Our Continental breakfast includes the following: orange juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, coffee or tea, fresh muffins, rolls, cheeses & jams.
