Florence was always readily available, yet she seemed to disappear into the woodwork. She was invaluable in making dinner reservations, helping us to locate the nearest car rental location, and setting up our cab rides to and from the airport. She is a very special lady. We had the rare opportunity to view many of the other rooms, each of them unique and special. Overall, we had an incredible experience in romantic Quebec city (where we celebrated my husbands 50th birthday). We plan to stay at Hotel Cap Diamant on our return visit in 2008, when we will celebrate my 50th birthday on the 400th year celebration of the founding of Quebec.
